About the Role
We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Enterprise Sales Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving new business opportunities by identifying and engaging potential enterprise clients across targeted global markets. The primary focus of this role is setting appointments and initiating high-value conversations with decision-makers, building a strong sales pipeline, and positioning Creative Software as a trusted technology partner. The ideal candidate is confident in prospecting, relationship- building, and managing structured sales processes using CRM systems.
What You’ll Need To Do:
- Identify, research, and set appointments/meetings with prospective enterprise clients in targeted markets.
- Initiate, qualify, and nurture conversations with key decision-makers to generate new business opportunities.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients and strategic partners.
- Develop and manage a robust sales pipeline, ensuring consistent progress toward revenue targets.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities, opportunities, and forecasts within the CRM system.
- Represent Creative Software as a trusted technology partner in all client interactions.
- Lead negotiations and secure business agreements that support sustainable growth.
- Collaborate closely with marketing, business development, and technical teams to deliver an exceptional client experience.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to continuously refine outreach strategies and improve performance.
What We Expect:
Experience
- Minimum 3+ years of proven B2B sales experience, preferably within the software or technology services sector.
- Demonstrated success in prospecting, cold outreach, and securing client meetings.
- Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Strong experience using CRM systems (e.g., Zoho, HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar) for pipeline management and reporting.
- Bachelor’s degree (or higher) in Business, Marketing, Management, or a related field.
- Experience engaging international clients and operating in global markets.
- Background in technology, software services, or offshore engineering services is an advantage.
