As an ERP Application Support Consultant, you'll be an essential contributor to Pagero's global expansion, connecting businesses across borders through our cutting-edge cloud-based network.

What we are looking for:

· A Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science/Software Engineering/IT or an equivalent qualification.

· A minimum of 2-3 years of hands-on experience with IFS is essential.

· Excellent interpersonal skills to effectively communicate and collaborate with team members and end-users.

· A self-starter mindset and proactive approach, driven by a commitment to continuous improvement through personal research and development.

· Attention to detail and strong problem-solving and analytical skills, allowing you to tackle complex issues efficiently.

· Exceptional oral and written communication skills to convey technical information clearly and concisely.

· Professional working proficiency in English. Knowledge of other languages will be considered an advantage.

· In addition to the above-mentioned core qualifications, the following experience and skills will be highly valued:

o Prior experience with the latest version of IFS.

o Prior experience with Zendesk or other helpdesk systems, showcasing your ability to efficiently manage and resolve customer support requests.

o Familiarity with solutions such as Zift, Jira, or Addovation for creating and managing service documentation, enhancing your ability to streamline support processes.

o Experience with the IFS Lifecycle is a significant plus, demonstrating your expertise in utilizing the full potential of IFS.

What you’ll need to do:

· Receive and meticulously document incidents in our ticketing system, ensuring all pertinent details are captured accurately.

· Effectively resolve issues or, when necessary, escalate them to the second-line support team to ensure swift problem resolution.

· Provide support for our IFS solution, assisting users with their queries and troubleshooting any system-related issues.

· Extend your support to other solutions connected to the ERP ecosystem, ensuring their functionality and integration are seamless.

· Execute planned work related to data governance and user management, contributing to the overall efficiency and security of the ERP environment.

· Work under Swedish working hours.
