We’re seeking a talented and experienced Product Manager to join our team. Our client is one of Europe's leading solution providers for E-Contract management. The client’s digital contract management platform encapsule the end-to-end interaction points in a contract journey into a powerful and easy-to use 100% paperless solution. It supports creating, collaborating, signing, and archiving contracts digitally and seamless integration with world renowned CRM systems such as Salesforce, Hubspot and SuperOffice.
Responsibilities
· Work closely with technical teams and manage product development by resolving inter-dependencies/roadblocks.
· Manage and improve integrations with obtained customer feedback and user insights.
· Establish a strong product sense and an excellent perspective for making product related decisions.
· Lead and facilitate product-related discussions, taking ownership while adhering to collaborative processes for decision-making across cross-functional teams.
· Keep track of integration projects/scopes (functionalities, feature matrices), plans/decisions, changes, timelines.
· Ensure capacity utilization (i.e. availability of teams/members for new integration projects and when).
· Organize/facilitate workshops and sessions when required (create awareness on integrations, Product Trio sessions etc.).
· Taking the ownership of existing and new integration projects, defining the requirements and use cases.
· Help groom integration backlogs (what each integration should support, feasibility, what should be built and when).
· Answer queries (from sales team, partners, and customers/prospects) regarding functionalities of integrations.
· Drive teams towards successful delivery of the client integration platforms.
· Conduct market research on new possibilities and competitors for integrations.
Skills/Qualifications
· Degree in Computer Science/Engineering or an equivalent qualification.
· 5+ years’ industry experience (2+ years in a Software Project Management capacity).
· Post graduate qualification in Project Management/PMP/CSM certification (advantageous).
· Experience with building or using integrations across multiple industries and platforms.
· Software development background (web application/backend services development).
· Good understanding of API development and related concepts.
· Curious and digital mindset and a promoter of standardization and simplification.
· Ability to interact with stakeholders from different functions and geographies.
· Knowledge of agile software development practices (Scrum).
· Strong communication (written, verbal) and interpersonal skills.
· Prior work experience with offshore clients in a similar role (desirable).
· Experience with CRM, HRM, ATS, ERP or integration applications (optional).
