About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Sales Director to join our team at Creative Software in Colombo, Sri Lanka. This is a hands-on leadership role, responsible for driving sales while building and managing a high-performing sales team in Sri Lanka.

Your Responsibilities

  • Build, lead, and inspire a motivated sales team in Sri Lanka, driving a culture of performance and collaboration.
  • Identify, research, and engage prospective clients in targeted markets.
  • Build and nurture long-term relationships with clients and strategic partners.
  • Develop and manage a robust sales pipeline, driving consistent progress toward revenue goals.
  • Represent Creative Software as a trusted technology partner.
  • Lead negotiations and secure business agreements that foster sustainable growth.
  • Collaborate closely with marketing, business development, and technical teams to ensure an exceptional client experience.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to continuously refine sales strategies.

What We Expect from You

  • Swedish as a first language, with excellent communication skills in both Swedish and English.
  • Bachelor’s degree (or higher) in Business, Marketing, Management, or a related field.
  • More than 3 years of proven B2B sales experience, preferably within the software sector.
  • Demonstrated track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong negotiation skills with the ability to build and maintain client trust.
  • Highly organised, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities simultaneously.
