Senior Technical Consultant - .NET and Power Platform - REFREF7603

We are in search of a dynamic and driven individual with proven expertise in architecting and developing robust .NET applications for Microsoft Azure and Power Platform. This role demands not only technical proficiency but also a knack for consulting within the Microsoft cloud ecosystem.

What We Are Looking For:

· Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

· Demonstrable proficiency in the Microsoft technology stack, with a minimum of 3 years' hands-on experience in full-stack development of .NET applications on MS Azure and Power Platform.

· Minimum 2 years of consulting experience focused on developing .NET applications on MS Azure and Power Platform.

· Excellent communication skills, adept problem-solving abilities, a creative mindset, and a passion for delivering exceptional results in a consulting environment.

· Familiarity and experience with Azure DevOps, Graph API, Microsoft Bot Framework, and OpenAI would be advantageous but not mandatory.

· Proven capability in estimating project scopes according to client requirements would be highly regarded.

· An insatiable thirst for learning and growth, coupled with a readiness to adapt to evolving technologies and methodologies.

What You’ll Need To Do:

· Conduct comprehensive technical assessments of client systems and platforms, providing informed recommendations and championing best practices.

· Drive the development of cutting-edge applications leveraging the latest Microsoft stack, while also maintaining and enhancing legacy applications to meet client needs.

· Foster a collaborative team environment, celebrating cultural diversity and promoting teamwork.

· Lead initiatives aimed at enhancing software quality, elevating customer experience, and ensuring the maintainability of products and features.

· Offer mentorship to junior team members, reviewing their code and offering constructive feedback to support their professional growth and development.
