We manage teams of high-performing, dedicated software engineers for our global clientele, providing them with end-to-end software development and maintenance services through team augmentation.

We are looking for a talented software professional to join our Research and Development Centre in Colombo and be a part of our team working with one of Europe’s leading solution providers for e-Contract management.

It’s ideal if you are with:

· A bachelor’s degree in Computer Science/Engineering or an equivalent qualification.

· More than 3 years of experience with Salesforce in a Technical Lead capacity.

· Plan, build, distribute, and support solutions that run on the Salesforce platform.

· Knowledge of the latest Salesforce technologies (Salesforce Flows and Metadata API).

· Knowledge of Apex Services (Inbound), and Callouts (Outbound).

· Able to build integrations from external Salesforce systems to the client’s solution.

· Able to develop, refine, and extend components for Salesforce integrations.

· Able to manage integrations with external systems using Salesforce tools.

· Able to create plans to validate and support Salesforce integrations.

· Able to Improve performance and testing of Salesforce integrations.

· Certifications in Salesforce such as Salesforce Certified Platform Developer.

· Excellent communication skills in English (both verbal and written).

It’s ideal if your expertise is to:

· Work with the integration team to drive Salesforce integration to the next level.

· Take ownership of the Salesforce integration channel for the client’s solution.

· Contribute technically for sales meetings and onboarding of new Salesforce customers.

· Build strong work relationships with the client’s product management team.

· Liaise with domain experts/developers to discuss ideas and suggestions.

· Be a team player and promote team spirit by appreciating cultural diversity.

· Be a self‐motivated and results driven individual, and technology enthusiast.
