We are looking for a dynamic individual to join us as a Human Resources Intern to help us in supporting a team of 300+ problem solvers who build brilliant tech that influences billions of users globally.
What You’ll Need To Do:
• Assist in the resourcing plan across the organization
• Coordinate employee onboarding and offboarding processes
• Maintain and update employee records and databases
• Organize and update employee personnel files
• Assist in employee engagement activities
• Assist in managing the overall HR function and operations
What We Expect:
• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree/diploma in HR, Business Management, or a related field.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly MS Excel
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
• Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to maintain confidentiality
